I tutor math and physics through university level (and down to about grade 8). I can also tutor select engineering courses. I have M.Sc. degrees in math and physics and a B.Sc. degree in engineering and have worked for IBM, Intel and Thiokol. I have also taught courses at several universities through the graduate level and in international schools down to middle school.

Other tutors with similar but less diverse qualifications often charge 2-3 times my rate. Current students who have no teaching qualification at all often charge more than I do. Don’t overpay, and don’t hire a student when you can hire the professor!

I am available for regular tutoring or for one time and as-needed help. Short notice is often possible.

I also offer a variety of online courses such as college algebra and precalculus.

If you need or want online practice problem sets I have my own installation of Webwork by the Mathematical Association of America. This is non-trivial to install and maintain and very few tutors or teachers have it. I found this to be very useful and popular when teaching Grade 12 pre-calculus, and calculus.

I have been maintaining web pages, including several of my own, and doing online business for many years.
